I know it's been ages since I spoke to you last time(but I still think of you as one of my very good VH friends)... hope you don't mind me just poping up like this and asking for something which doesn't have anything to do with your previous LJ entry, but I thought it's the best way to ask you here- actually, I need help. And as I know you lived in Holland for so long I think you're the only one who can really help me. So, I don't really have a problem, but need good advice. :)
I want to go in Amsterdam in September for punk festival. Would need to stay for 2-3 days. If you still remember, I live in Belgrade, Serbia. So, do you know of any website where I would be able to find cheap plane tickets? From Budapest to Amsterdam or some nearby city? What's nearby big city? How far is it? How far is Brussel from Amsterdam? How expensive would it be to get from Brussel to A.? And how? By train? Bus? Huh...I know I have too many questions, but I am really afraid of these things as I have never travelled this way before. And do you know of any cheap place where I would be able to stay for 2-3 nights? Huh. Sorry if I bother you. But please, please help me if you can. Love and best wishes from

I'm sorry, but there isn't much I can tell you. I have never flown on any cheap line - I tried looking ar easyjet.com for you but they don't fly on Holland. Nearby cities to Amsterdam don't have airports - the only somehwat nearby airport is Lelystad, which is about 1-2 hours by train away from Amsterdam. Brussels is in another country (Belgium) and quite far away from Amsterdam - nonetheless you can book a train that takes only 3 hours, but that is quite exspensive. I don't know about buses - but I don't know where to find out, either. Maybe it's best just to ask your local travelling agency? If you need any help translating Dutch websites, just let me know. That I *can*do :)
